American singer-songwriter and pianist Bruce Hornsby and the chamber ensemble yMusic's collaborative project BrhyM has dropped a new music video for “The Wild Whaling Life” directed by Steven Mertens.
The song is featured on their debut album “Deep Sea Vents”, which was released on March 1, 2024.
Written while Bruce Hornsby just so happened to be reading Moby Dick, a serendipitous meeting of music and literature shaped the creation of this song.
The track was written by Alex Sopp, B.R. Hornsby, CJ Camerieri, Gabriel Cabezas, Hideaki Aomori, Nadia Sirota, and Rob Moose. Produced by Bruce Hornsby and Rob Moose.
