Brooklyn-based DJ Vitesse X released a new song “Realize” on April 10, 2024.
The song is the third song of 2024, following the release of “Fortress” and “Nouns (demo)” back in January and March respectively.
The track was written and produced by Jordan Stern.
The accompanying music video was directed by Michael Cong,
Vitesse X said of the song, “Realize is my open letter to the narcissist - It's a commentary on something I've witnessed time and time again, and a tragedy that has filled me with both rage and heartbreak. I used this song as a way to finally say all that I've wanted to say over these years - that no amount of fame and fortune will ever heal the void they perpetuate, and this is a truth they will eventually have to face.”- She shared on social media, “Dream pop era has begun. Uploading her consciousness into cyberspace to free herself from a world of vanity, she rides motorcycles under the stars.”
