Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Hunter Blair Ambrose returned with a new song “Next to Me” on March 8, 2024.
The track is a synth-pop love song with mid-tempo banger and power ballad, and is the follow-up to “Runaway”, which was released last May.
Hunter Blair wrote the song with longtime collaborator and producer Jason Strong in the fall of 2022.
Lyrically, the track reflects a confession of love and devotion to an unsuspecting love interest and making the decision to give into falling in love.
It is written about making the conscious decision to give your entire heart and soul to someone and the desire to have them by your side through the ups and downs of life.
