HARLEE shared, “'You & I' my came to me in back of an uber. The chorus lyrics & melodies came first then the verse followed! I was tryna be subtle as I didn't want the driver to hear 🤣. I had a session the following day so presented the idea to Kingdoms & they LOVED it & wanted to be apart of it! We finished it together that day & knew there was something special about it, then I sent it Navos to put his own spin on it & he made it to a massive tune 👀 the song is about being completely infatuated with that one person. Kinda like when you wanna run away with someone & forget the world? Nothing else matters but each other. I hope that people can relate to You & I.
