Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Scott Quinn Releases New Song “NIGHTMARE”
London based singer-songwriter Scott Quinn unveiled a new song “NIGHTMARE” from his upcoming debut EP “BETTER FOR ME” on November 20th.
Scott Quinn is known as a songwriter for South-Korean superstars BTS and Swedish pop singer Zara Larsson, Australian country-pop legend Keith Urban and fellow Londoner JONES.
This time, he returns to his solo venture. The song follows up “Lines”, which was released in August 2019.
Scott Quinn said of the song, “This song is an amalgamation of times where you think you know someone, only to be quite suddenly proven very wrong. The subtle changes in a person's personality or energy and how those small changes can have a devastating effect. Your worst nightmare.”
He co-wrote the song with Gil Lewis and Micky Blue. He added, “It's always interesting listening back to the voice notes from when 'NIGHTMARE' was being created, as there were a few times where we experimented with ideas that would have taken the song in a completely different direction. Sonically and melodically the final product is unlike anything I've heard before and that excites me; I've had it on repeat ever since.”
