Aitch Premieres New Song “FWG” on BBC Radio 1
British rapper Aitch premiered a new song “FWG” on BBC Radio 1's New Music Show with Sian Eleri.
The song is the follow-up to “Maybach Wallet”, which was earlier in September.
The track was written by Harrison Armstrong, James Murray, and Mustafa Omer. Produced by Mojam.
He revealed his phone number in conjunction with the release of the song. Fans can call him directly after listening to the new song.
Aitch told Sian Eleri about the song, “FWG was made maybe like, two years ago, and it was just one of them things where I was just so busy I made it, and it got forgotten about until about two weeks ago, and now it's coming out. So I hope everyone enjoys it.”
He continued, “I remember this was like, one of the first tunes I made, coming off the back of my album. I done the album I was touring for ages. So I just wanted to make some fun stuff and that. And that was that, really, there's not really much of a, like, a deeper meaning behind it. I just love the beat. At the time, I was doing a lot of shows, so I was in like, performing mode, like, let's do something that's going to be sick for the shows. And that was that.”- The lyrics of the song contain many car references. He said, “People always think that I'm a proper car, man, and I'm not. And I'm most like, I just say a lot of things about cars all the time when it comes to actually know nothing about cars. My first car was a Polo. I was hiding from a mum for years, not for years, but for as long as I had the car. One of my mates got in it and burnt a hole in the seat, cigarette hole. And every time my mum got in the car used to just put a jacket on the seat, but she definitely knew she's not daft.”

The accompanying music video was filmed at a football stadium Old Trafford.
He said, “It's been good. I can't lie. I've been enjoying myself. And the fact that united let us well, Old Trafford, let us do that there is amazing. It's like a bit of a smooth childhood dream, to be fair. So I'm appreciative of that, definitely.” - source : BBC Radio 1
