Swedish DJ Galantis teamed up with French DJ David Guetta and Australian pop rock band 5 Seconds of Summer to release a new song “Lighter” on March 1, 2024.
For Galantis and David Guetta, it is their second collaboration following the 2021 “Heartbreak Anthem” with Little Mix and the 2022 “Damn (You've Got Me Saying)” with MNEK.
While, for 5 Seconds of Summer, this marks the first time they have worked with Galantis and David Guetta.
Also, the song is their first release in two years since the 2022 album “5SOS5”.
The track was written by Ashton Irwin, Benjamin Samama, Calum Hood, Bloodshy, David Guetta, David Brook, David Saint Fleur, Aukoustics, Henrik Jonback, Embody, Kyle Reynolds, Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford.
