RAYE Performs at Capital's Jingle Bell Ball 2023 (Full Set)
British singer-songwriter RAYE appeared on Capital's Jingle Bell Ball 2023 at The O2 in London on December 10 to perform “You Don't Know Me”, “Worth It”, “Bed”, “Prada” and “Escapism”.
“You Don't Know Me” is featured on British DJ Jax Jones's EP “Snacks”, which was released in 2016. The song sampled the bassline of M.A.N.D.Y. vs. Booka Shade's 2005 hit “Body Language”.
“Worth It” and “Escapism” are featured on her debut album “My 21st Century Blues”, which was released in February 2023.
On the album, American rapper 070 Shake performed “Escapism” with RAYE.
“Bed” was released in 2021, she collaborated with British DJ Joel Corry and French DJ David Guetta on the track. The song reached No. 3 on the UK Singles chart.
The original title of “Prada” is called “Ferrari Horses”, which was released by British hip hop collective D-Block Europe and RAYE in 2021. British DJ Cassö released the remix of the song as retitled “Prada” in 2023.- Earlier this month, RAYE released a live album “My 21st Century Symphony”, which was recorded with the Heritage Orchestra and the Flames Collective, a 30-piece gospel choir at Royal Albert Hall in London in October.
This live performance will air on BBC Radio 1 on January 3, 2024. -
