rlyblonde Releases New Song “Your Angel”
Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Carina Allen, aka rlyblonde released a new song “Your Angel” on November 29, 2023.
The song is her first single since her debut EP “Fantasy”, which was released back in June.
The track was written by Carina Allen and produced by Will Baker.
It's a cathartic release of anger packaged into an anthemic alt-rock banger.
rlyblonde said of the song, “Creating music, for me, was always something fueled partially by anger; an anger at my life not being what I wanted, of being jealous of people around me, of feeling trapped or stuck.”
She continued, “So this song really sums up all of those angry, rebellious, teen feelings, while also tapping into something a bit darker - what it really feels like to have a trauma response to someone or something, and what to do with those complicated feelings.”- The accompanying music visualizer was directed by Carina Allen herself with production by her own production company, HOT CREATIVE.
She said of the video, “It's one of the most important parts of the whole project.” -
