KATI K Releases New Song “Blauäugig”
German singer-songwriter KATI K released a new song “Blauäugig” along with a music video on November 24, 2023.
The song is the her third single of 2023, following “Liebesbeweis” and “Mascara”.
The track is about domestic violence. It was written by KATI K, Robin Wick, Alexander Isaak, and Sascha Wernicke. Produced by Alexander Isaak.
The accompanying video was directed by Marlon Helmeke, starring KATI K and Omar Obeid.
KATI K said of the song, “In this song I would also like to address domestic violence to some extent. To everyone who is currently experiencing this or has unfortunately already had to experience this: seek help. Confide in someone. You are not alone. You should be heard. Take care of yourselves.”- KATI K said of the song in German, “In diesem Song möchte ich auch ein Stück weit die häusliche Gewalt thematisieren.
