Lucky Daye Returns With New Song “That's You”
American singer-songwriter Lucky Daye returned with a new song “That's You” on November 1, 2023.
It is his first music since his sophomore album “Candydrip”, which was released in March 2022.
This time, he worked with American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars, who co-written and co-produced the track.
The accompanying music video was directed by Nick Walker, who shot in Lucky Daye's native New Orleans.
The video follows Lucky Daye through the local streets as he meets beautiful women who he takes home as a sacrifice to the siren woman who controls his heart.
Lucky Daye said of the song, “I sang my heart out on 'That's You.' I felt like I was on the moon. I want people to think about that one person they just can't be without when they listen. Hopefully that person is a good person.”- Photo by Nick Walker
