Nicky Jam, The Chainsmokers & Maluma Team Up for New Song “Celular”
American singer-songwriter Nicky Jam, American DJ duo The Chainsmokers and Colombian singer-songwriter Maluma teamed up to release a new song “Celular” on July 6, 2023.
This marks the first time Nicky Jam, The Chainsmokers and Maluma have worked together.
The track was written by Maluma, Nicky Jam, Andrew Taggart, Alex Pall, Jorgie Milliano, Kadel, Kundibeatz, Chris Tamayo and Juan Diego Medina.
Produced by The Chainsmokers, Jorgie Milliano, Kadel and Kundibeatz.
The accompanying music video was directed by Justice Silvera, who filmed in Miami.
The clip uses the reality show format of American TV series, The Bachelo.
For Nicky Jam, the song follows up the collaborative song “Déjalo En Visto” with Piso 21.
While, The Chainsmokers joined in the song as their fifth collaboration song of 2023.
