American rapper Post Malone released a new song “Chemical” on April 14, 2023.
The song is his first music since the 2022 album “Twelve Carat Toothache”.
It was written by Austin Post, Louis Bell, Andrew Watt, and Billy Walsh.
Produced by Post Malone, Louis Bell, and Andrew Watt. The accompanying music video was directed by Alfred Marroquin.
Post Malone shared on social media, “A big cheers to all my big special gamers out there Please listen to my new song tonight at midnight.”
The track marks a new Post Malone musical era and features the upbeat, pop-tinged sound unlike his previous songs.
Back in 2022, Post Malone told Billboard in an interview, “Every time you change your art and your way of thinking for someone else's, that takes a little piece of yourself off every time. I feel like I'm trying to rebuild. The whole thing is that you don't want to compromise your art and your gut vibe on anything.
