Mimi Webb Covers Taylor Swift's “Anti-Hero” on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge
British singer-songwriter Mimi Webb appeared on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge to perform “Red Flags” and a cover of Taylor Swift's “Anti-Hero”.
“Red Flags” is featured in her debut album “Amelia”, which was released on March 3, 2023.
It was written by Mimi Webb, Henry Walter, Castle, Connor McDonough, Riley McDonough, Toby McDonough and Ryan Daly.
Mimi Webb told Apple Music about the song, “'Red Flags' is such a fun, sassy song. It's about realizing someone's not right for you, and they're nonstop showing red flags, but you keep running through them because you're so obsessed. You keep doing it, but you don't care because that adrenalin rush and excitement is all part of it. It's all over the shop, but I think it's so relatable.”
“Anti-Hero” was released by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift as the lead single from her tenth studio album “Midnights” in 2022.
The track was written and produced by Taylor Swift and Jack Antonoff.
"Anti-Hero" broke the global and US records for the biggest opening-day streams for a song in Spotify history.
The song reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles chart.
Also, it reached the top 10 of the official charts in 40 territories, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Portugal, and Singapore.
