Chicago-based singer-songwriter Blake Coddington, aka Letdown. released a new song “Ugly” on December 9, 2022.
This time, he teamed up with Los Angeles-based New Zealand singer-songwriter Kelsy Karter & The Heroines on the track.
It is the first collaboration between Blake Coddington and Kelsy Karter.
The track was written by Blake Coddington, Kelsy Karter, and Sam Hollandar. Produced by Blake Coddington.
The accompanying music video was directed by Griffin Olis.
“This song is a literal depiction of how I feel about myself,” Blake Coddington said of the song. “It may be a dichotomy between the actual person that I am and the person that I see in the mirror as my flaws are sometimes all I see.
