After completing Australian tour with British singer-songwriter Mimi Webb, Australian pop rock singer-songwriter Sam Fischer released a new song “Carry It Well” along with a music video on November 4, 2022 via RCA Records.
The song focusses on mental health. The track was written by Sam Fischer and Ryan Marrone. Produced by Jorgen Odegard and Ryan Marrone.
Sam Fischer said of the song, “Carry It Well is about saying “yeah I’m fine” when asked if you are, even when you’re not. You never know what someone might be going through and I think if the past few years have taught us anything, it’s how to mask what we can’t describe while feeling intensely what we don’t understand. I hope Carry It Well can just let people know they’re not alone.”
He continued, “It’s funny how time works; I wrote this song in 2019 around the rise of 'This City,' and although it’s been 3 years, 2 months and 6 days since… this song has never left my mind. If anything, it feels even more appropriate to put it out now.”- source : Apple Music
