Irish singer-songwriter Jack Duff has released his sophomore EP “What A Life”.
It is his first project in two years since the 2020 EP “Bad For You”.
Jack Duff told Revamp Magazine how the new is different from the debut EP, “I think people will find it different for a few reasons. I've only released singles up until now so i think the EP would have shocked a couple of people that weren't expecting it. Also, I've written about more topics closer to home across the whole EP I think these songs have a lot of my thoughts in them than other releases in the past.”
The EP comprises 5-track, where he wrote and recorded in Leicester with good friend and producer Indigo Kxd.
The tracks feature anchor lyricism in emotive rhetoric through lived experiences. Such feelings range from happy and hopeful, to sad and angry - providing a rollercoaster of a journey to follow throughout the EP.
Jack Duff said, “The message I'd like to get across is that, although things may not be great all the time and everyone goes through ups and downs, at the end of it all I always find myself left thinking what a life.”- source : Apple Music
