Little Fuss Releases New Song “Girls at Parties”
Boston-based alt-pop duo Little Fuss, consisting of Olivia Martinez and Cody Von Lehmden, released a new song “Girls at Parties” from their upcoming debut album of the same name on August 23, 2022.
The track was written and produced by Olivia Martinez and Cody Von Lehmden.
The song captures the dizzying intensity of the ever-changing world during young adulthood.
Olivia Martinez as a storyteller unravels the mystery behind the concept of the song.
Eventually, as she chronicles the details of pictures on the walls and the path she’s traveled to arrive at the party, it becomes evident that she’s encountered them before.
They represent her past lives and the mistakes that consumed her – resentment, jealousy, insecurity, delusion, unrequited love, demoralizing guilt – while she represents the knowledge and growth they’ve gained from surviving and processing each experience.
The debut album “Girls at Parties” is expected to be released later this year.
The album consists of nine-chapter. The duo has gotten meticulously specific with their exploration of the detailed aesthetic they feel embodies their sound.
