Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Stewart Taylor released a new song “Maybe We Shouldn't Talk” on June 24, 2022.
The song is his first single in a year since the 2021 single “MCover Boy”.
It was co-written and produced by Stewart Taylor, John Of The Forest and Charlie Snyder.
Stewart Taylor said of the song, “Maybe We Shouldn’t Talk was written the moment I realized that maybe it wasn’t a good idea to keep talking to my ex-boyfriend. It can be difficult to maintain boundaries with someone you used to date when you’re still in love with them. But I’ve found sometimes it’s better not to talk when the relationship was as toxic as mine. We still talk to this day (though we’re nicer to each other now) and he even likes the song I wrote about him.”
Stewart Taylor graduated from Berklee College of Music, and collaborated with Charlie Puth, Kara DioGuardi, MADS & Jayson DeZuzio, and David Pramik in the past. Also, he penned songs for Romanian pop star Antonia and American Idol's David Hernandez.- Photo by Jacob Halter
