Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sleepy Tom Releases New Song “Call My Name” featuring Dawn Pemberton
Vancouver-based DJ Sleepy Tom teamed up with Canadian soul singer-songwriter Dawn Pemberton to release a new song “Call My Name” on May 18, 2022.
The song is his first music in three years since the 2019 single “All On You”.
It was written by Cameron Thomas Tatham, Parker Raymond Campbell Bossley and Dawn Pemberton. Produced by Cameron Thomas Tatham and Parker Bossley.
Sleepy Tom said of the song, “‘Call My Name’ started out last spring on a Zoom session with Parker Bossley–he helped me write this forthcoming EP. I had been wanting to make more uplifting music, and this song ended up being the framework for the sound I was after. We had a blast recording with the amazing [Vancouver-based] Dawn Pemberton, as well as the Vancouver Youth Choir, both of who really made this song come to life!”- Photo by Lindsay Elliott
