Wrabel Releases New Song “closure”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Wrabel released a new song “closure” on May 6, 2022.
The song is a cut off the forthcoming deluxe edition release of his 2021 debut album “these words are all for you”, which is set to be released on June 10, 2022.
It was written by Stephen Wrabel and produced by Stint.
“When a relationship ends, it doesn’t mean the feelings do,” Wrabel said of the song. “In my experience, sometimes you have to make your own closure... accepting what was and what is and making a clear decision to move on. Ali Tamposi, Jamie Lidell and I tried to put that into a song. It was such a cathartic and therapeutic day for me, one that I’ll never forget.”
The deluxe edition comprises 17-track, including the previous 11 songs and three new songs as well as remixes by Goldhouse and Japanese Wallpaper, and his recent collaboration with Cam on the re-released version of “london”.
He said of the album, “Putting my first record together after writing for more than ten years was one of the most difficult tasks I’ve had to accomplish. I am so very proud of the final tracklist, but there were a handful of songs that kept haunting me. I see this as another window into the world of the record and can’t wait to release ‘these words are all for you too’.”- source : Apple Music
