Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Denis Coleman Shares New Song “Healing The Process”
London-based singer-songwriter Denis Coleman has shared a new song “Healing The Process”.
It is his second song of 2022, following “Halogen Nights” released back in January.
The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Artists with Jack Saunders.
It was written by Denis Coleman, George Tizzard and Richard Parkhouse. The accompanying music video was directed by Roisino.
Denis Coleman said of the song, “I wrote this song about getting fed up with micro-dosing dopamine on social media to improve my mental health and wanting to find a more healthy way to think. It's a conflicting song, partially encouraging the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and partially just resigned to the fact that social media is an inescapable part of life and identity. It's a dichotomy which is deeply personal to me but also pretty common in my generation, and I hope that this song can help articulate these thoughts for anyone listening.”- Photo by Nicholas O'Donnell
