  • Duran Duran Performs “Tonight United” on The Late Late Show with James Corden

  • British new wave band Duran Duran, consisting of Simon Le Bon (vocals), Nick Rhodes (keyboards), John Taylor (bass) and Roger Taylor (drums), appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden to perform “Tonight United”.

The song is included on their 15th studio album “Future Past”, which was released last October.
It was written by Simon Le Bon, John Taylor, Roger Taylor, Nick Rhodes and Giorgio Moroder. Produced by Duran Duran, Giorgio Moroder and Joshua Blair.
The song was released as the fourth single off of the album last September.
At that time, Simon Le Bon said, “Giorgio Moroder, Duran Duran... this is music for a world that’s coming back together.”
Recently, the band was nominated for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2022.
Before performing, the band told James Corden about nomination, “We’ve like to thank Dolly (Parton) for dropping out. And if Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox (aka Eurythmics) could do the same, that would be good too.”
Duran Duran embarks on Europe, the UK and North American tour. The tour kicks off at Touch The Sunrise 2022 in Ibiza, Spain on April 29 and will conclude at The Hollywood Bowl Future Past Weekend in Los Angeles on September 11, 2022.
