- Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter XOHA released a new song “TOO LATE” on February 25, 2022.
The song is her second single, following “Outsider” released last November.
It was written by XOHA and produced by Chad Bamford.
The track is retro-contemporary pop sound and came about after lots of self-reflection during quarantine.
