Foxes Releases New Song “Body Suit”
British singer-songwriter Foxes has released a new song “Body Suit” from her upcoming third studio album “The Kick” as the fifth single.
It was written by James Greenwood, Morgan Nagler and Louisa Allen. Produced by James Greenwood.
The track features '80s synth pop and Jazz sound with saxophone.
Foxes said of the song, "It's about letting your guard come down completely, showing your true self and letting go of all pretence and ego – falling into someone and letting them see you entirely without the fear of being judged."
The new album is set to be released on February 11, 2022. It is her first album in six years.
She wrote the album during lockdown. Foxes said of the album, “Most of the music is a celebration but some of the music comes from a painful place, of loss and heartbreak. I felt trapped and almost like my insides were dancing but I couldn't express it, but in writing it allowed me to feel free again. This record feels like a new start and the ability to come back to life after such a strange time of us all being alone.”- source : Apple Music
