Lukas Rossi Releases New Album “Autonomic” with New Music Video for Title Track featuring Matty Shreds
Nashville-based Canadian rock singer-songwriter Lukas Rossi released his new album “Autonomic” along with a new music video for the title track on December 21, 2021.
The album is his first release under his new label, Seventy7 Records and follows up the 2020 album “Summertime”.
The album comprises 12-track, featuring guest appearances from Matty Shreds, Sunnie Days, Dave Buckner, Marcos Curiel and Stereo Satellite.
The album is a record influenced by an “Invisible Illness” called Dysautonomia. After learning how crippling this illness is, he took immediate action to help join those raising awareness.
In addition, a portion of the album sales will go to Dysautonomia International, a charity that funds research on Dysautonomia and provides resources for people living with the condition.
Lukas Rossi said of the album, “Autonomic is special. I've stayed active throughout the lockdowns and wrote from places inside of me that I haven't visited in a very long time. This record includes the most personal songs I've ever written, some that I've been hanging onto for the right moment.. That time is now.”
The accompanying music video was edited by Lukas Rossi himself and filmed by Adam Sanner, Amanda Nail and Matty Shreds.- e4Ls-yiy840
Before the release of the album, Lukas Rossi shared on social media, “In conclusion, music is everything to me. For longer than I can remember, my career has been controlled by others that did not have my best interests in mind. I've been locked out of accounts that I spent years building, and had my work stolen from me. But I promise you this.. Things have changed. With my new label, Seventy7 Records, we're rebuilding and things are stronger then ever. I will not let my career be defined by those who want to destroy my name. As of now, the only people that are authorized to work on my behalf are the official members of the Lukas Rossi Team - unless publicly specified.”
Also the album is dedicated to his son, Briden Lucas Rossi. He wrote, “To My son Bryden Lukas Rossi .I dedicate this record to you my son …you have given me strength and shown me what a real man and father should be.as I have hopefully shown you the same about this world .I leave you with this small post on the internet ..daddy will ALWAYS be a positive ,loving and real example of how we all should be on this earth.Let music bring us ALL together.
