Lukas Graham Releases New Song “Call My Name”
- Danish pop band Lukas Graham released a new song “Call My Name” on September 17, 2021.
The song follows up "Happy for You", which was released back in May.
It was written by Fraser Churchill, Lukas Forchhammer and Brandon O'Bryant Beal. Produced by Fraser Churchill.
Frontman Lukas Forchhammer shared on social media, “My new single Call My Name will be with you all on September 17th. I can't wait to share this song with you, since it's dear to me and it means so much.”
Lukas Graham stays busy this year, the band is currently working on their upcoming fourth studio album, and joined in American DJ trio Cash Cash's fifth studio album “Say It Like You Feel It” back in May, where they performed “Too Late”. Also, the band collaborated with Canadian alt-pop band Walk off the Earth for “Love You Right” in July.
Lukas Forchhammer shared along with some photos on instagram, “Last time I finished an album it looked like this. Now we're at it again & I can't wait to share it with you. It's hard to kill my darlings this time, I forgot how it feels😭”
Moreover, their documentary film “7 Years of Lukas Graham”, directed by René Sascha Johannsen, will be released internationally on October 26, 2021. The film premiered in Denmark last November.
The film follows Lukas Forchhammer over seven years, as he goes from local success in Denmark to global stardom, racking up Grammy nominations, millions of streams and sold-out concerts, and also experiencing marriage and fatherhood.
