Fiona Grey Drops New Music Video for “Kerosene”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Fiona Grey has dropped a new music video for “Kerosene” directed by Alison Roberto.
The song was released back in April from her upcoming EP and was written as she was experiencing a relationship fall apart. It was written by Fiona Grey and Evan Blum, produced by Steven Colyer.
The video was shot on the side of a mountain in Malibu. Fiona Grey told LadyGunn about the video, “There is something very honest about solitude which I was aware of even before the stay at home order. There are thoughts and emotions we only show when we are by ourselves. We shot the video on the side of a mountain in Malibu. The landscape was a stunning contrast between the burnt trees and wreckage from the recent Malibu fires with the vibrant, beautiful new growth of the super bloom. It was the perfect backdrop for the video, as it reflected the conflict within the song between the devastation of the break-up and the new emotions I was feeling as I tried to move on. It also provides an ironic fit for our current climate. Alison Roberto, the director – perfectly captured this and truly brought this to life.”- source : Ladygunn
