Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sia Shares New Song “Saved My Life”
On May 1st, Australian singer-songwriter Sia performed her new song “Saved My Life” on 'COVID is No Joke' live comedy festival for frontline health workers.
In addition to Sia, Steve Carell, Elizabeth Banks, Ike Barinholtz, Jack Black and Tenacious D, Will Ferrell, Bryan Cranston, Gal Gadot, Mark Duplass and more joined in the event to fundraise for the nonprofit's coronavirus-targeted health programs.
Then, she released the studio version of the song and proceeds from the track will go to Americares and CORE Response.
She co-wrote the song with British singer-songwriter Dua Lipa and American producer Greg Kurstin.
Americares is currently delivering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) -- 45 tons of it in the U.S. alone, including in 40 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands -- organizing support groups and skills workshops for healthcare workers.
