Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ SYML Releases Debut Album “SYML”: Streaming
Seattle-based singer-songwriter Brian Fennell, aka SYML released a long-awaited his self-titled debut album on May 3, 2019.
The album comprises of 12-track, including preceding singles “Clean Eyes”, “Wildfire”, “Bed” and "Connor".
Brian Fennell said of the album, “Honestly, I didn’t think SYML would grow to a place where a full album would be needed or wanted. I had just planned to write and release singles. In some ways it feels easier and cleaner to have disjointed meanings in songs. But somewhere buried between trying to be an extrovert and an introvert is who I am as both a person and artist. All of these songs were written in this same place. Feelings like joy, hurt, fear, unknown, and peace aren’t simple, but they are familiar to everyone, which makes it feel safe to be honest about them.”
He embarks on a headline tour in support of the album in North America, the UK and Europe, with beginning at Saturn in Hamburg in Germany on May 4th.
