Australian singer-songwriter Betty Who is once again loving herself in a new music video for “Between You & Me”.
Back in June, she played the same characters in the music video for "Taste". In the clip, she does double duty, playing both halves of a same-sex couple.
“The video was a trip to film because, while playing against myself, I basically have to film the video twice,” Betty Who said. “I never know how it’s going to turn out because as we’re filming it seems so high-concept but when I saw the final product I was so shocked. I can’t believe how bad I wanted me to end up with myself!”
The song was released in mid of this month from her upcoming third album "Betty", which is expected to be released in February 2019.
She told Billboard about the inspiration behind the song, "I think the general inspiration is something that I have had such extensive experience with. It's about having feelings for somebody, but also not really knowing if they're actually feelings. Especially now with the way we talk to each other online, I think human interaction and confrontation has gotten a lot harder. It's like an inner monologue of if I could say everything that I wanted to say, this is would be it."
Betty Who will support of Panic! At The Disco: Pray For The Wicked Tour in 2019. The tour kicks off at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY on January 10, 2019.
