BAHARI Premieres New Song “Chasers”
Los Angeles-based pop trio BAHARI has delivered a new song “Chasers” via SoundCloud. The group also released a visual video for the song on July 12th, directed by Zac Wolf and Steven Wilson.
The track will appear on their upcoming as-of-yet untitled debut album, the schedule is not set yet. They have already revealed two songs "Savage" and "Fucked Up" from the album.
BAHARI arrived on the scene in late 2014. The trio is known for Zedd's 2015 smash hit "Addicted To Memory" and Grey's 2017 "Miss You".
Consisting of Ruby Carr (vocals/keyboard), Natalia Panzarella (vocals/bass) and Sidney Sartini (vocals/guitar).
Ruby Carr said of the song;
"Basically all three of us are very recently completely single and going out and trying to meet people. So the song is about looking for that genuine human connection between you and someone else, and that's kind of hard, like chasing after love and hoping but knowing that every day you find a way to f*** it up. So it's about that craving to meet the right someone, which is what everyone is searching for. So I think a lot of people will relate to this.
And we're all really excited about the song. It's one of my favorites we've made in a long time"-
About the album, she said;
"We feel like this body of work really speaks for us as a band. We've been able to make as many songs as we want and are now picking the final songs we want to be on the album. There's so many of them -- and we're still writing. 'Chasers' was one of the most recent ones, and we felt like, 'OK, this obviously has to be on the album,' and if we get more like that we'll have to find a way to get them on there, too." - source : Billboard
