Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Wes Borland Premieres Two New Songs “Matadors And Daughters” and “Arcturus”
American nu metal band Limp Bizkit's guitarist Wes Borland has released two new songs “Matadors And Daughters” and “Arcturus” from his upcoming sophomore solo album "Astral Hand", which is due out in August 2018.
He will perform the songs at Moogfest 2018, which will be held on May 17 to 20 in Durham, North Carolina.
The album is his first LP in two years since "Crystal Machete", which was written as an experimental instrumental soundtrack to an imaginary 80s film.
Wes Borland told Rolling Stone, "Sixty percent of the record is already written. The other 40 percent is going to be based on ideas and structures that I'm coming up with for and during Moogfest."
Additionally, Borland has been working on a new project with Blink-182 's Travis Barker, but he tells Rolling Stone the fruits of that collaboration won't be released until next year.- source : Rolling Stone
