Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Dagny Premieres New Song “Love You Like That”
London-based Norwegian singer-songwriter Dagny Norvoll Sandvik ANITTA, aka Dagny has delivered a new song “Love You Like That” via streaming music services. It was written by Dagny alongside Michelle Buzz and Jason Gill.
The song is taken from her upcoming debut album (still-untitled), which is expected to be released in 2018. The debut album features songwriting contributions from Lucy Taylor, Ross Golan, Simon Wilcox, Max McElligott, Jesse Thomas, Andrew Jackson, Stephenie Jones, Ben Abraham, Ilsey Juber, Nate Cyphert, Caroline Ailin, Jaramye Daniels, Amy Wadge, Danny Parker, and Lauren Christy.
Dagny is currently on the road supporting LANY on their North American tour through December.

About the new song, she explained;
“’Love You Like That” is the first proper love song I’ve ever released. It’s funny because I’ve always been wary of using the phrase “I love you” in songs, in fear of sounding too cliché or corny, but then I just went and broke the “amounts-of-I love you-in-one-song” record. And it feels good. I’m not a particularly romantic person nor am I great at telling people how I feel about them, so this was probably long overdue. If you love someone, you should tell them.”-
