American singer and actress Cher dropped a new song called "Ooga Boo". A contribution to the soundtrack of 2D-animated children’s TV show "Home: Adventures with Tip & Oh".
The television program is a spin-off from the blockbuster film "Home", which was released in 2015, directed by Tim Johnson, starring Jim Parsons and Rihanna. The film is based on the 2007 novel "The True Meaning of Smekday" by Adam Rex.
"Home: Adventures with Tip & Oh" is produced by DreamWorks Animation and animated by Titmouse, which debuted in July 2016 as a Netflix original series. A third season was released on August 11, 2017.
For Cher, the song follows up "Prayers For This World" written by Diane Warren, which is the soundtrack for the 2017 documentary 'Cries From Syria'.
The 71-year-old singer was honored with the Icon Award at the Billboard Music Awards in May. The next month, she announced that a musical based on her life will hit Broadway in 2018.- source : Idolator
