Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sylvia Erla Premieres New Song “Wolf Call”
Icelandic singer-songwriter Sylvia Erla Melsted, aka Sylvia Erla has released a new song "Wolf Call". The song is blending Asian essence and hip-hop sound, unlike her previous songs. The lyric video created by Jakob Thorhallsson was premiered on May 19.
Sylvia Erla started songwriting at age of 16. She participated in the Swedish Eurovision in 2013.
She debuted with "GETAWAY" in 2015. It was wriiten by Gemma Rachel Catherine King, Máni Svavars and Lárus Örn Arnarson, who also produced the song.
In 2016, she released "Gone", which was collaborated with StopWaitGo, produced by Lárus Örn Arnarson. The music video was premiered on April 14, which was directed by Sylvia Erla Melsted. Followed by, she released "Celebrate" in Jury.
Also, she joined in Swedish singer-songwriter Petra Marklund, aka September's "I Won't Let You" as a guest vocals in the same year.
Currently, she is working on her debut EP, expected to be released later in 2017.-
