- LPX Premieres New Song “Tremble”
- New York-based singer-songwriter Elizabeth “Lizzy” Plapinger dropped a new song "Tremble" as LPX. The song was co-written by Joe Janiak and James Flannigan.
Lizzy Plapinger is better known as the lead vocalist of the electric pop duo MS MR. But MS MR announced that their activity as the duo is hiatus this year.
She started a solo project as LPX and released the first single "Tightrope" in January 2017. She said about the solo career, "I wanted to grow by putting myself in uncomfortable situations and writing with other people for the first time."
Also, her own label Neon Gold Records signed to VEVO, which supported to start the music show called "New Shape".
About the new song, she told The Line Of Best Fit;
"I think it's the best song I've written since 'Hurricane'.I'm not sure I've ever written or sung from a more honest or vulnerable place - both emotionally and physically - and somehow been able to articulate exactly how I felt without hiding behind something more abstract. I'm direct and naked in 'Tremble' in a way I often shy away from. I think it's a powerful pop song with some of my best melodies to date and certainly my strongest vocal performance where I was able to earnestly inject and live all the truth that inspired it and I felt in that moment."
