London-based singer-songwriter Sapphire Upshall, aka SAPPHIRE premiered a new song “Repeat” on BBC Music Introducing: Solent.
The song will appear on her upcoming debut EP “Adventures Of An Overthinker”, produced by Roy Kerr who has worked with worked with London Grammar.
It was written by Sapphire Upshall and produced by Roy Kerr.
SAPPHIRE said of the EP, “I like to turn my overthinking into songs. I’ve been making music for as long as I can remember, and I used to post covers on YouTube which has given me some amazing opportunities over the past few years. I feel really lucky to have been able to work with some pretty cool people on my songs, including Cashy Bear & Roy Kerr. I’m inspired by a mix of artists & genres (I listen to jazz music in the mornings and film scores in the evenings) and it’s all really inspired my own sound and how I write my songs, but I’m definitely very inspired by artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Madison Beer, Johnny Orlando & Bea Miller. ahhh getting to make music is the most exciting thing ever, and I just really hope my songs can be the soundtrack to your life in some way :)”- source : BBC Music Introducing
