New Jersey based alt-pop-rock band Violet Whimsey released the second single of 2021 entitled “Heartbreaker” on February 12th, following “How Bout We”.
The track is a mellow ballad musing over the lingering impacts of heartbreak unlike previous song.
Fronwoman Ann Kim writes from a point of honesty in her experiences with vulnerability and emotions, with the intent to transform difficult, complex feelings into a simple, yet memorable melody.
Violet Whimsey consists of 5 members, Ann Kim (Lead Vocals), Nick Arocha (Lead Guitar), Andrew Ariza (Drummer), John Merchant (Bassist) and Daniel Bellini (Rhythm Guitar).
