Bloody Your Hands Releases New Album “Sunday Scaries”: Streaming
Brooklyn-based alt-rock band Bloody Your Hands released their third studio album “Sunday Scaries” on August 28, 2020. It is their first LP in three years.
The album contains 10-track including preceding two singles “Checked Out” and “Weird Winter”, and is Infused with '90s punk rock influence. It features the everlasting themes of human adulthood which includes anxiety, isolation, hope, loss, exhaustion, death and struggling.
Vocalist/guitarist Jameson Edwards told Altpress about the album, “This is an album about anxiety, isolation, hope, death and struggling with adulthood. It was written over a two-year span that was both brutal and beautiful. It was an honest, awkward and painful self-exploration. “Sunday Scaries” is that feeling of anxiety and dread that you get Sunday afternoon as you contemplate returning to “real life” the next day—work, school, whatever. It usually happens after a few days of partying and having fun. Sometimes it's purely chemical. But knowing that doesn't make the crippling depression any less painful. We borrowed that expression for the album title because it just seemed spot on.”- source : Broad Way World
