American rapper Saweetie premiered a new song “Tap In” along with the music video from her upcoming album “Pretty Bitch Music” on June 17th.
The track sampled Too $hort's 2006 hit “Blow the Whistle”. The viode was directed by Mike Ho. It was written by Too $hort, Theron Thomas, Dr. Luke, LaMarquis Jefferson, Jonathan Smith, James Phillips, LunchMoney Lewis, Craig Love and Saweetie.
"I was like, 'What if he doesn't like it?' But then he liked it, so I'm just excited," Saweetie told Zane Lowe of Beats 1 radio show about the song. "I'm so happy that he loves it. I'm so excited for this record. I've been gone for a year, but I really had to focus on my artist development because that was something that I was struggling with."
