American singer-songwriter Alec Benjamin will release his third studio album “12 Notes” on May 10, 2024 via Elektra Entertainment.
The album comprises a 12-track, featuring guest appearances from American singer-songwriter Khalid and American rapper Cordae. Produced by Jordi, OZGO, Sam de Jong and StarGate.
It is his first body of work in two years since the 2022 album “(Un)Commentary”.
Alec Benjamin said of the album, “Each track, a poignant reflection of the past year and a half of my life, offers a unique glimpse into my world. From heartaches to triumphs. My goal is to share my journey and stories with my listeners. I am both thrilled and apprehensive to share this intimate collection, as each song carries a piece of my heart, echoing both excitement and vulnerability.”- From the album, he released a new song “Sacrifice Tomorrow” on May 3, 2024.
The song is the fifth and the final single release ahead of the album, following “King Size Bed”, “I Sent My Therapist To Therapy”, “Pick Me” and “Different Kind Of Beautiful”.
It was written by Alec Benjamin and produced by Sam de Jong.
He will perform the song on The Kelly Clarkson Show on May 10, 2024.
