American singer-songwriter SZA released a new song “Saturn” on February 22, 2024.
The song along with a music video aired in a Mastercard commercial during the 2024 Grammy Awards on February 4, 2024.
She won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance with "Ghost in the Machine" featuring Phoebe Bridgers, Best Progressive R&B Album with “SOS” and Best R&B Song with “Snooze” at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
The video is supporting Mastercard's Priceless Planet Coalition that promotes forest restoration.
In the clip, SZA said, “We're a force of nature when we come together. That's why I'm supporting Mastercard on their mission to restore forests around the globe. Join me.”
The song will appear on her upcoming “SOS” deluxe album titled “LANA”.
The track was written by Carter Lang, Jared Solomon, Rob Bisel, Scott Zhang, and Solana Rowe. Produced by Carter Lang, Rob Bisel, Solomonophonic, and Monsune.- The single was released as a five-track bundle that includes the original track as well as the live, sped-up, a cappella and instrumental versions.
SZA is set to headline the 2024 Osheaga Festival, returning to Montreal this August with Green Day and Noah Kahan.
