  • JupiterReign Returns With New Song “In A Rush”

  • Canadian singer-songwriter Thaydra Gray, aka JupiterReign returned with a new song “In A Rush” on February 14, 2024.

The song is her first music in a year since the 2023 debut EP “Intergalactic”.
It was written by Jocelyn Alice and Thaydra Gray. Produced by Carl Padero
The track captures the excitement and spontaneity that often accompanies romantic connections. It's a vivid picture of the thrill and passion that come with the fast-paced nature of love.
JupiterReign said of the song, “I wanted to make a song that captures the excitement and spontaneity that often accompanies romantic connections. "In A Rush" not only explores the magnetic pull between individuals but also embraces the carefree spirit that defines the thrill of being swept away in the heat of the moment. It's a vivid picture of the thrill and passion that come with the fast-paced nature of love, making it a perfect anthem for those who savor the playful and sensual aspects of their relationships.”
  • She continued, “This song was definitely one of the most fun ones I've written. I got to co-write with an amazingly talented Canadian artist, and one of my best friends, Jocelyn Alice. She has definitely shown me another side of my own artistry and how wide my potential can grow, so this opportunity to work on a song with her, gives this song so much more meaning.”
JupiterReign plans to release her upcoming debut “album Jupiter's Dreams” this fall 2024.
JupiterReign said of the album, “This project is a sonic fusion, where soft R&B melodies, rhythmic hip-hop beats, and infectious Afrobeat rhythms converge to create an immersive musical experience. It will also feature some talented artists from Halifax and Montreal.”

  • She added, “I have definitely dug way deeper in my emotional basket to create these songs, and the amount of vulnerability I'm letting out is way more than I have in the past, which is so scary. But that just tells me I'm breaking through another door. I'm so excited to showcase some more art with the world.”
