Back in September, Berlin-based singer-songwriter Lizzy and the Palm debuted with the first single “Feelings”.
Following the debut song, she released her second single called “Honest Song” on October 25, 2023.
The song focuses on the desire to be yourself while battling the fear that you will be abandoned if people figure out who you truly are.
She sings, “Only God knows the truth / I'd never show it / I would be alone for good”
The piano ballad uses her quiet vulnerabilities and introspective approach to human emotion to mirror the subtle nuances of love's tender complexities.
