Usher Performs “Good Good” & Daniel Caesar's “Best Part” on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge
American R&B singer-songwriter Usher appeared on BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge to perform his latest song “Good Good” and a cover of Daniel Caesar's “Best Part”.
This marks his first musical guest on the program in three yeas.
“Good Good” was released back in August, with American R&B singer-songwriter Summer Walker and Atlanta-based rapper 21 Savage. The track was produced by Mel & Mus.
The song is the first single off of his upcoming ninth studio album “Coming Home”, which is set to be released on February 11, 2024.
The new album is his first body of work in eight years since the 2016 album “Hard II Love”.
Usher said of the album, “We've put a lot of thought and creativity into this new album to tell a story that is open to interpretation and that will connect with people in different ways.I know this has been a long time coming for my fans and what I'll say is that all good things come to those who wait. “Best Part” was released by Canadian singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar in 2017. He teamed up with American singer-songwriter H.E.R. on the track.
The song is featured on Daniel Caesar's debut album Freudian and H.E.R.'s self-titled album in 2017.
