Jax Jones Teams Up With D.O.D & Ina Wroldsen for New Song “Won't Forget You”
British DJ Jax Jones teamed up with British DJ D.O.D and Norwegian singer-songwriter Ina Wroldsen again to release a new song “Won't Forget You” on September 29, 2023.
This marks their second collaboration between Jax Jones and D.O.D, following “Need You Now”, which was released last month.
While, Jax Jones and Ina Wroldsen worked together for 2017 single “Breathe”, which was featured on Jax Jones' debut EP “Snacks”.
The track was written by Timucin Lam, Dan O'Donnell, Ina Wroldsen, Mitch Jones, Peter Rycroft, and Pablo Bowman.
Produced by Jax Jones, D.O.D, and Mitch Jones.
Jax Jones said of the song, “Really excited to share 'Won’t Forget You', my second collaboration with both Ina Wroldsen and D.O.D. Ina and I wrote 'Breathe' together a few years ago and it was a huge hit! D.O.D is a friend of mine who I’ve been working with for a while so it’s a real pleasure to get to do this song with him. 'Won’t Forget You' feels euphoric, old school but modern at the same time and has a really beautiful sentiment. It also makes you dance like crazy so good times are ahead!”- Jax Jones shared on social media, “I had to bring in Ina on the vocals, her voice is perfect for the track. She was also the voice of Breathe which I broke down last week. Won’t forget you is the name of this new song. 90s vibes, dance anthem.”
He continued, “The production on this track with D.O.D was such an interesting process.
