The Chainsmokers, ILLENIUM & Carlie Hanson Team Up for New Song “See You Again”
American DJ duo The Chainsmokers, American DJ ILLENIUM and American singer-songwriter Carlie Hanson teamed up to release a new song “See You Again” on June 23, 2023.
This marks the second collaboration between The Chainsmokers and ILLENIUM since the 2019 single "Takeaway" featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Lennon Stella.
While, Carlie Hanson has collaborated with The Chainsmokers and ILLENIUM for the first time.
The song will appear on The Chainsmokers' upcoming fifth studio album “TCS5” (the tentative title).
It was written by Alex Pall, Andrew Taggart, Gabe Reali, Nicholas Miller, Charlotte Grace Victoria Lee, Nick Long, and Robert James Earley. Produced by The Chainsmokers ILLENIUM, and Rob Late.
The accompanying music video was directed by That One Blond Kid, who filmed at Denver's Mile High Stadium, where The Chainsmokers, ILLENIUM and Carlie Hanson performed the song in front of 50,000 people.
