Miguel Premieres New Song “Give It To Me” on BBC Radio 1
American singer-songwriter Miguel premiered a new song “Give It To Me” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Clara Amfo.
The song is his first music since the 2021 EP “Art Dealer Chic 4”.
Also, the song follows up the recently re-released 2011 single “Sure Thing”, which currently sits at No. 15 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The track was written by Miguel Pimentel and Elijah Molina. Produced by Scoop DeVille.
Miguel told about the song, “This one feels like a good brace like to ease everyone into the tone. Sort of the next bit of output that's on the way. I think also just because, just want to remind people that there's reason to have a good time and so there's a lot going on more and I think always we're considering how we can maybe add value. So it's springtime, spring is sprung. Summer is loading, and it feels like one of those songs kind of just get everybody over vibe.”- The song will appear on his upcoming project.
He said, “I mean, we kind of grew up in a great time where, you know, there was a lot of great music being made getting to absorb all of that is definitely louder influence in the music. So wanting to sort of take that in and synthesize what feels exciting. Now and that's really been like the that's been the whole point is like making exciting music and this time is probably the biggest driver for me and why I continue to do it.” - source : BBC Radio 1
