Daniel Caesar Premieres New Song “Unstoppable” on BBC Radio 1
Canadian singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar premiered a new song “Unstoppable” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Clara Amfo.
The song is the fourth single off of his upcoming third studio album “NEVER ENOUGH”, which is out this Friday (April 7th).
The track was written by Ashton Simmonds, and Jamar Rolando McNaughton. Produced by Ashton Simmonds, Dylan Wiggins, and Christopher Jennings.
Daniel Caesar told Clara Amfo about the song, “It was one of the songs are just honest, I could just happen you know, I mean, I was I like freestyle, the whole thing. And then placement on the album like I, I feel like I kind of live out the things that I write like my album, I call it never enough, but I wanted to end on a positive note, because I feel like I'll be writing on my own life. And so 'Unstopables' kind of like the bottom line that I want people to take away from the record like, oh, as every special with negativity, but like you can't, you can't be stopped.”
- The new album is his first LP in four years since the 2029 album “Case Study 01” and comprises 15-track.
He said of the album, “In some ways, it's kind of like, it's new. It's exciting, especially because I'm doing it in a different manner than I've ever done it before. And like a rollout like 'Freudian' didn't because I wasn't really known. And also I didn't really have much of a role that I've just had gets you out for like a year or whatever. So this is my first time kind of doing a bolo and like, pre-album press all that stuff. And then now the ways it's like I've done this before.”
